What counts as a conversation
Everything one person and your gym send each other on WhatsApp in the 24 hours after the first message, however many messages that takes. If you write again the next day, a new conversation starts. A phone call is one conversation too, and calls stop at 15 minutes. The AI front desk and WhatsApp automations spend conversations from your pack. The AI assistant for your team uses none.
