The engine behind Regymo
Gym owners know two kinds of help. Software you license, like your management system: it scales, but it does not care how your gym is doing. And consultants you pay by the hour: they care, but every extra hour costs extra money. We are built to be a third kind.
People at the front, software underneath
When you work with us, you talk to people. Someone sits at your table, agrees on goals with you, and answers for the results. But behind that person runs software we build for ourselves: it collects the numbers, watches every process daily, drafts the reports, and flags what needs a human. The person in your weekly call spends the hour on judgment, because the gathering already happened.
Where the idea comes from
Investors in Silicon Valley have a name for this kind of company. Y Combinator, the fund behind Airbnb and Stripe, calls them AI-native service companies: firms that do the work for you instead of selling you a tool so you can do it yourself. They are betting that the best service companies of the next decade will be built this way. So are we.
What it means for your gym
You get the attention of a consultancy at a price a gym can carry, because the routine work costs us minutes, not billable hours. And what we learn building processes for one gym makes the engine better for every gym after it. The decisions stay human: yours about your gym, ours about what we recommend. The engine just makes sure nobody spends their week collecting numbers.
