This page says what happens with your details when you use regymo.com or ask us for a call. It is short because we collect little.
Who we are
Regymo is a trade name of Nutripy B.V., registered in the Netherlands under KvK number 94854858 and based in Zoetermeer. Nutripy B.V. is the party responsible for your data under the GDPR.
What we collect
When you ask for a call, we ask for your phone number, and optionally your name and the name of your business. Our servers keep technical logs of visits, which include your IP address, the page you opened and the time. Once you have answered the cookie banner, we count which pages you open, whatever you answered. If you accept analytics, we also record how far you scroll and where you click, and a replay of the pages you open, with everything you type hidden.
What we use it for
We use your number and name to contact you about the call you asked for and what follows from it. We do not sell your details, and we do not send them to an advertising network. The visit logs help us keep the site working and spot abuse. The analytics help us see which parts of the site are read and which are not, so we can improve it.
Where it goes and how long it stays
Your call request is stored in Nutripy's own platform, which Nutripy B.V. runs. The website runs on Google Cloud in the Netherlands, and Google processes data for us only under our instructions. Analytics are processed by PostHog on servers in the European Union, only under our instructions. Visit logs are deleted after thirty days. Your call request stays for as long as we are in contact about it, and we delete it when you ask. When you ask for a call, your phone number, name and business name are also stored in PostHog, whatever your cookie choice, so we can see the visit that led to the request. Unless you declined in the cookie banner, the page you arrived on, the site you came from and any campaign parameters or ad click codes in the link you followed are stored with them. PostHog keeps events and profiles for twelve months and recordings for thirty days.
Cookies
We use PostHog for analytics. Until you choose in the cookie banner it is not started at all, so nothing is sent and nothing is kept. Accept and it sets a cookie that recognises your browser on later visits, so that we can tell one visitor from another, and it records how you use the page. Decline and it sets nothing on your device, and each page you open is counted: we send which page it was, the address of this site, and the description your browser sends to every site it opens. PostHog's server turns that description and your IP address into a code that changes every day and then deletes both, so the count cannot be traced back to you. Your answer to the banner is sent the same way. Nothing else leaves your browser: no scrolling, no clicks, no referrer, no campaign parameters, no screen size and no time zone. The only thing kept on your device then is your choice, and the site works exactly the same. You can change your choice at any time through the link in the footer. Your language choice is in the address of the page, not in a cookie.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Write to the address below and we answer within a month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Deletion covers PostHog too.
