Sound familiar?
- We lose a lot of people in onboarding, and we don’t control it. Owner, 2,000-member gym
- To get one number I have to run three reports. And they don’t even show names. Owner, multi-location EMS franchise
- I’m getting crazy about it. I want it all in one. Co-owner, gym and physio group
- What do I lose when I lose a member? I work that out myself in Excel, because I can’t ask the system. Owner, strength gym, ten years in
You don’t need another tool to see this. You need the numbers.
Three steps.Only one is yours.
- 01
A 15-minute call
Before it, you get two documents already signed by us: what we see stays confidential, and your member data is handled under GDPR. You sign nothing. The call is so you can check we are real people who have done this for gyms before.
this one is yours - 02
We connect to your systems
Read only, through the official way in: Virtuagym, Bsport, Mindbody or whatever you run on, plus WhatsApp, Mollie and the ads. Your team keeps working as usual. You don’t lift a finger.
- 03
You get your snapshot
Your own numbers across the seven moments, with your members’ names behind them, and the two or three moments to fix first. We walk you through it. Start to finish takes about a week.
What you actually get
Straight answers to the questions you have.
Think of it as a friend who is good with numbers and has seen inside a lot of gyms. Below are the questions owners ask most, answered here on a sample gym. Yours would show your members.
Where do my leads actually go?
Moments 01 to 0368 people asked about Super Gym in the last 90 days. 12 joined. The other 56 left at three places, and each one has a fix.
- 27 leads never got a reply. Most wrote on a Sunday evening or after ten. An answer within five minutes, any hour, is the first thing we put live.
- 12 booked a trial and never came. One message two days before and one the day before cuts that by half at other gyms.
- 5 came once, then went quiet. Nobody asked them why. One message the day after gets the reason, and often gets them back.
Who is about to leave, and who would buy more?
Moments 05 and 069 members have not been in for three weeks and nobody noticed. 46 look exactly like the members who added personal training, and were never asked.
| Member | Months with you | Last visit | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lisa | 4 | 22 days ago | nobody called |
| Member 2 | 11 | 24 days ago | nobody called |
| Member 3 | 2 | 25 days ago | nobody called |
| 1 to 3 of 9 | |||
- Members who go quiet in month two rarely come back on their own. A coach who reaches out in week three keeps most of them.
- Early PT members stay twice as long. The 46 who match them train the same days, the same classes. One offer, at the right moment.
What should I fix first?
The whole pictureNot everything at once. For Super Gym the effort should go to lead follow-up and the trial, and the rest can wait.
If we only fix one thing this month, which one?
SnapshotLead follow-up. 27 people asked and never heard back. That is more members than the trial and onboarding together.
Why is this free?
We’re not being generous. Here’s what we get out of it.
- It’s how we spread the word.
The more owners are happy with our work, the better for us; even when we’re not paid for it right away.
- Some owners ask us to fix what the snapshot found.
That’s the bet we’re making, not something you agree to by taking us up on it. The snapshot is yours whatever you decide.
That friend who is good with numbers? One message away.
